The V8 engine in the Stingray has made for a very powerful and impressive sports car. The 2023 Chevy Corvette is currently a favorite with enthusiasts at the Chevy dealer. Drivers will want to take a closer look at its stylish design and excellent infotainment system.
Performance
The 2023 Corvette is a mid-engine vehicle with a top track speed of 194 miles per hour. This sports car goes from 0 to 60 in 2.9 seconds and travels a quarter of a mile in 11.2 seconds. This is handled by a 6.2-liter V8 DI engine. To reach its top performance capabilities, you’ll need the available Z51 Performance Package.
When properly equipped, the engine reaches a maximum of 490 horsepower and 495 lb.-ft of torque. The vehicle comes with an eight-speed dual-clutch.
Available Engine Covers
There are two available engine covers. These are available in sterling silver or edge red. They are a stylish upgrade with their crossed flag logo and Corvette lettering. Additionally, they serve as insulation that protects the engine from grime.
Trim Levels
Chevrolet has provided drivers with three trim levels to choose from. These are the 1LT, 2LT and 3LT. The 3LT also has an available 70th-anniversary special edition.
70th Anniversary Edition
This special edition comes with satin black or satin matrix gray dual racing stripes. It also adds midnight gray forged aluminum wheels with red stripe wheel center caps. An exterior badge and logo are on the wheel caps, as well as inside on the seats and steering wheel.
This package adds ceramic white leather seating with red stitching and red seat belts to the interior. Drivers who choose this special edition will also receive a two-piece set of premium leather travel bags. These have red stitching and a unique 70th-anniversary logo.
Exterior
There is plenty to love about the stylish exterior design of this track-capable sports car. One of the most notable features of the Stingray convertible is its retractable roof. It’s designed to maintain the car’s excellent performance with the top down by controlling airflow around the passengers.
Interior
There is a 12-inch diagonal driver information center with customizable settings, including three different color themes. The Corvette comes standard with black seat belts but there are available orange and yellow seat belt options. There is a 70th-anniversary commemorative interior plaque on the center speaker grille in all trim levels. Both the driver and front passenger have eight-way power seats.
Infotainment
The standard sound system in the 1LT is a premium 10-speaker system from Bose. The 2LT and 3LT upgrade this to a 14-speaker system also from Bose. The 1LT comes standard with an eight-inch touch screen with voice recognition, Bluetooth, wireless Apple CarPlay, and wireless Android Auto.
The 1LT has the option to upgrade the system to include navigation. The 2LT and 3LT come with navigation as standard.
