4. Winter Walk of Lights at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens
Take a 20-minute drive to Vienna, VA in your Chevy to enjoy this light show at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens. The half-mile wheelchair-accessible paved trail showcases holiday, winter, and nature themes. You can also roast marshmallows and enjoy warm beverages after your stroll.
The gardens are located at 9750 Meadowlark Gardens Ct and the Winter Walk of Lights is open every evening from 5 to 10 p.m. through January 5, 2025. Tickets cost $18 to $22 with free admission for children younger than 2.

This fun carnival takes place about 30 minutes south of town in Bull Run. Take a spin on the Ferris wheel and other family amusement rides, then grab a treat from one of the festive food stands. You can also drive through a holiday light display and shop for unique gifts. Visit the village through January 5 from 5:30 to either 9:30 or 10 p.m. depending on the date. 6. Dance Loudoun Holiday Performance
Celebrate the season with a performance by this local dance troupe on Wednesday, December 18 at 6 p.m. The show will be held at Dulles Town Center in the lower-level Macy’s wing, 21100 Dulles Town Circle.
